Shipping Policy

All non-expedited (ground) orders will ship in 3-5 business days, on in stock items, after your order is processed. (Business Days are Monday-Friday, we DO NOT SHIP on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays - Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are also not included in transit time.) Expedited orders for in stock items will ship within 2-3 business days after your order is placed. After your order is shipped it may take 1-7 business days to get to you depending on your location and shipping method selected. We are not responsible for delays due to weather or incorrect address. Please make sure you allow adequate time for your order to arrive. Any special needs, please contact a sales representative.

Next Day orders placed after 12PM Eastern Time will not be shipped until the next business day. Next Day orders placed on a Friday after 12PM will ship on Monday.

Custom Items take about 2-3 weeks to be made and will then be shipped with your chosen shipping method.

(Your order may be shipped through FedEx, UPS or USPS Priority Mail)

Recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes on international orders.
